      When using HubSpot, there will most likely come to a time when you get stuck and need support. Follow the following steps to troubleshoot and find an answer.

      1. Look for a potential answer or solution on HubSpot’s knowledge base.
        1. You can follow this link to get to the knowledge base.
        2. Once there, you can search for articles and resources to help with any issue you may be having.
      2. If the knowledge base does not have answers to your questions, you are able to access live chat support.
        1. Click on the “?” button in the top right.
        2. Once you have clicked that, you will have the ability to ask any question you have on HubSpot.
      3. If the options above do not provide the answer you are looking for, log a Spartech HubSpot Help Ticket with the CRM administrators by submitting the form below.
