How do I use Meetings in the add-in?

To inserts a meeting link into an email using the add-in so that your contacts can access you scheduling page:

  • Open the sales tools in your inbox.
    • This will show up at the bottom right corner of your email composition window, as an orange HubSpot sprocket icon.
  • In the pane on the right, click Meetings and select one of your scheduling pages.

    • You can also insert proposed times directly into the email so your contacts can select an available time slot directly from the email.
  • The name of your meeting will appear in your email. It will be hyperlinked, so when a prospect clicks it, they will be brought to your scheduling page.
