When using HubSpot, it is assumed that you will follow the following guidelines and expectations.
- The user should keep on top of their pipeline hygiene.
- All deals should be tracked in HubSpot. Any deals not tracked within the system will not be tracked towards any sales goals.
- The user should be keeping all deals as up to date and accurate as possible.

- The user is expected to maintain standards of CRM hygiene.
- Maintaining CRM hygiene means the following:
- All deals should have the following:
- Amount
- Close date
- Owner
- Associated company
- Business Unit
- Business Unit manager
- All companies should have the following
- Assigned owner
- SAP ID, once the company as placed an order
- All contacts should have the following
- Company
- First Name
- Owner
- Users can check their CRM hygiene by viewing this dashboard.
- All deals should have the following:
- When adding a company or contact, the user is expected to check for duplicates, or if the company/contact already exists within the system before creating a new contact/company.
- If you did create a new company, once they place an order and are in SAP, the user must go back to the company and populate the SAP ID field.
- Maintaining CRM hygiene means the following:
